Retail B School is operated by Be Hive. Our online courses and digital resources do not require physical shipping or shipping charges. Any separate physical product would require its own delivery terms before purchase.
Delivery
Free course access is available after signing in and enrolling. Online payment checkout is not yet enabled. Paid enrollment enquiries are handled by Be Hive; course access and its delivery timing must be confirmed in writing before payment. Your enrolled courses appear in My Learning.
Downloadables
SOPs, checklists and calculators are available inside each course's Resources section once enrolled.
Live and one-to-one programs
Session dates, time zone, meeting links, format and any preparation materials are shared through the contact details agreed at booking. An enquiry is not a confirmed appointment.
Access requirements and duration
You need an internet connection, a compatible browser and your registered account. Video services or linked files may have additional technical requirements. Access duration is specified for each program or in your booking confirmation; do not assume lifetime access.
Issues
If your course or meeting details have not arrived within the agreed delivery time, email pay@behive.in with your registered email and enrollment reference, or call +91 86602 47319. Never send passwords or sensitive payment details.
