Retail B School is an entity by Be Hive ("we", "us", "our"). These terms govern this website, digital courses, resources, coaching and one-to-one programs. By using our services you agree to these terms and the policies linked below.
Eligibility and course information
Provide accurate account and billing details. If you are below the age of majority, use paid services only with your parent or guardian's consent. Each program's description and written booking confirmation specify its scope, delivery format, access period and any prerequisites. Access is not described as lifetime unless expressly stated.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential. Course access is personal and may not be shared, resold or transferred.
Programs & content
All videos, SOPs, checklists, calculators and materials are our intellectual property and are licensed to you for personal business use only. Copying, redistributing or publicly sharing content is prohibited.
Payments
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹). The applicable price, taxes and any additional charges must be disclosed before you purchase. Free courses allow enrollment without payment. Online checkout for paid courses is not yet enabled; contact Be Hive to discuss enrollment. A payment enquiry alone does not confirm enrollment.
One-to-one courses and appointments
Personal programs require a mutually agreed scope, fee, session schedule and cancellation terms in writing before payment. An enquiry is not a confirmed booking. Do not share confidential customer or employee information unless necessary and appropriately authorised. Recording a session requires the consent of everyone involved.
Acceptable use and community conduct
Do not post unlawful, abusive, discriminatory or misleading material, spam other learners, attempt unauthorised access or upload material you do not have permission to share. You retain rights to your contributions and permit us to display them within the learning service.
Results disclaimer
Success stories reflect individual experiences. Business results depend on your effort, market and implementation; we do not guarantee specific outcomes.
Termination
We may restrict accounts for misuse, security concerns or material breaches, and will provide notice where reasonably possible. Any applicable refund rights remain subject to the cancellation policy and law.
Availability, third parties and liability
Internet connectivity, compatible devices and third-party video services may be required. Maintenance or third-party interruptions may affect availability. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect business losses or outcomes based on your implementation. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing law
Indian law applies, without limiting mandatory consumer protections or your right to approach a competent court or consumer forum. Contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern.
